Mindfulness is the practise of being in tune with your mind, thoughts and emotions. How we feel, react to the world and manage all of this can, at times, become jumbled and overwhelm us. The purpose of mindfulness is to allow us a safe space to work through the waves of emotions. To be able to sit back, clear our minds and find our way to the present.
